The entry fee is $330.00 which covers the first 3 weeks of fees. $15.00 is paid to cover the cost of the drug/alcohol screen. All fees are non-refundable
Each Day a New Beginning at times has a fund to assist with entry into the house. Assistance is determined on a weekly basis. Do not let lack of funds deter you from contacting EDANB for a bed.
Bring your personal care items, ensuring that none contain alcohol. You will provide your own laundry pods. You should also bring approximately 10 outfits. EDANB provides bed linen, pillows and towels. Feel free to bring a favorite pillow if you have one.
Upon entry into the house you will be given a copy of the house rules. House rules are a resource to assist you in achieving discipline, responsibility, and an overall commitment to your home. These rules also help maintain sobriety, order, peace and cleanliness in the house. You will attend meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous, attend IOP, and obtain employment. There may be other recovery-oriented activities in which you may be asked to participate.
Clients are responsible for their own food; however, there is always “house food” available for new clients. It is a guarantee that no one will ever go hungry in our house.
As long as you are working a program of recovery, following the house rules, are current on your rent, a client may remain at EDANB for up to 3 years.
Donations are used for any legitimate purpose for the benefit of the house or its clients.
